Patricia F. Kemp (FT), is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oak HC/FT where she focuses on growth equity and early-stage venture opportunities in FinTech.

Patricia currently serves on the Boards of Feedzai, Kasisto, Paxos, and Rapyd. Patricia is also actively involved with Cart.com, CLARA Analytics, Ocrolus and Pagaya Technologies (NASDAQ: PGY).

Prior investments include FastPay (acquired by AvidXchange), Kryon (acquired by Nintex), NextCapital (acquired by Goldman Sachs), Poynt (acquired by GoDaddy), Urjanet (acquired by Arcadia), Argus Information & Advisory Services (acquired by Verisk Analytics), NetSpend Corporation (acquired by TSYS), Point Carbon (acquired by Thomson Reuters), TxVia (acquired by Google), and Vesta Corporation.

Patricia has more than 20 years of experience in FinTech investing. Her history also includes over 13 years of senior management experience at Cendant (formerly CUC International).

Patricia has appeared on Institutional Investor’s FinTech Finance 40 list, Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist, and PaymentSource’s Most Influential Women in Payments list.

Patricia received a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA degree from Stanford University.
