As we prepare to kick-start another strong year, we want to recognize the commitment our team has made to building a better future in both the Healthcare and FinTech industries. Though our whole team shows their dedication every day, we wish to acknowledge the promotions of three Oak HC/FT team members: Eliza Adams to Vice President, Healthcare; Tess Munsie to Vice President, FinTech; and Stephen Dierks to Director, Head of Talent, FinTech.
Eliza joined the firm in 2020, specializing in growth equity and early-stage venture opportunities in Healthcare and has since become a valuable and trusted partner to our portfolio companies. Congratulations to Eliza on her well-deserved promotion!
Tess joined Oak in 2021 as a Senior Associate, focusing on growth equity and early-stage venture opportunities in FinTech, and has quickly become vital to our success in partnering with the FinTech entrepreneurs we support as they build leading companies. Tess also serves as a Board Observer at EasySend. Thank you to Tess for her hard work—we are thrilled to celebrate her promotion!
Stephen also joined Oak in 2021 as an Associate Director of Talent, working closely with our portfolio companies on their talent initiatives, which proved to be incredibly important as executives look for guidance on how to navigate current market conditions. Stephen’s extensive experience helping companies grow and strengthen their executive management teams has proven to be a real asset and we’re excited to see what he accomplishes next.
