Puneet Singh is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly 20 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming organizations that serve complex and underserved populations. He has held senior leadership roles at five high-growth healthcare companies – each achieving successful exits or recapitalizations – advancing innovation in Medicare and Medicaid models, value-based care, and services at scale.
Puneet has partnered closely with Oak HC/FT across multiple portfolio companies, including as CEO of CareBridge, where he led the company’s growth from $900M to $5B in revenue. CareBridge ranked No.1 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America and was acquired by Elevance Health in a $2.7B transaction.
He also held executive roles at other leading healthcare companies backed by Oak HC/FT, including Aspire Health (acquired by Elevance) and Quartet Health (acquired by NeuroFlow). Earlier in his career, Puneet served as an executive at R1 RCM (completed a $1.2B IPO) and as a founding board member at Thyme Care, which recently closed a $97M Series D led by CVS Health. His experience spans the full company lifecycle – from incubation through scaled operations and exit – with a consistent focus on improving outcomes through innovative care models.
Puneet began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and is a graduate of The Wharton School. He was named to Modern Healthcare’s “40 Under 40” and is a trusted advisor to healthcare investors and founders navigating growth, regulatory complexity, and transformation.
