Stefan Nealis

Stefan Nealis, CFA, is a Partner at Oak HC/FT, where he focuses on Investor Relations & Capital Formation. He joined the firm in 2026.

Before joining Oak HC/FT, Stefan was a Senior Relationship Manager at Coatue Management, where he led the firm’s private wealth business, including the launch of its interval fund, CTEK, which raised more than $8 billion in its first year. Prior to building out the private wealth business, he led fundraising across Global Consultants and Latin American Institutions and ran the firm’s co-investment business. During his tenure, Stefan played a key role in growing Coatue’s AUM from $20 billion to more than $85 billion.

He began his career at Barclays on the Institutional Equity Sales desk.

Stefan graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics and is a CFA charter holder.
